EverGreen® Pyrethrum Concentrate is a broad spectrum insect control that can be used in organic production. EverGreen is 5% pyrethrins, derived from chrysanthemums. It provides a quick knockdown, working on contact, by over-exciting an insect's nervous system.
Thorough coverage of the target crop/pest is required for effective control. Pyrethrins are not safe for bees, pollinators, or beneficial insects, so spray when non-target insects are least active. Pyrethrins breakdown quickly in sunlight.
EverGreen is labeled to be used in greenhouses, nurseries, and outdoor crop production areas; livestock; food handling, processing, and storage areas; barns, dairies, and poultry houses; and a variety of indoor and outdoor areas, and for a wide range of pests.
